Keep multiple receipt photos, PDFs, product photos and warranty documents with one purchase. Import from Files or save images and PDFs to the app’s sharing inbox, then open Import to review them.
A clearer month.
See monthly purchases by store and category, with received refunds reflected in net spending. Different currencies stay separate, and receipts you issue are kept apart from your purchases.
Returns, refunds and reminders.
Track return windows, warranties and protection plans. Record a full or partial return, an expected refund and when it arrives. Upcoming brings your deadlines and refund follow-ups together.
For cash work, too.
Create a cash receipt for a service or sale, with customer details, tax and tip. Share PDF reports or export spreadsheet-friendly CSV files. This records a payment; it does not process payments or add an Apple Wallet pass.
Keep an independent copy.
Export a full backup and restore it later. Optionally choose a folder for automatic snapshots while the app is open. Use the optional Face ID, Touch ID or device-passcode lock on supported devices.
New features are in testing. Availability depends on your installed build. The next iPhone build still needs device verification before release. Recognition is not perfect: check suggestions against your original documents. Optional folder backups run while the app is open; they are not continuous cloud sync.
